We aim to despatch your order the same day, if your order is received before
2.30pm, Monday to Friday, not including holidays.
All orders sent via our standard shipping method to addresses in France take
4-10 working days. Please note that your order may take longer to arrive due
to the high volume of parcels travelling through the international postal system
at this very busy time of year.
We offer you the choice to upgrade your shipping method to a tracked and insured
service that requires your signature, for €6,95. This shipping method will
take approximately 2-4 days, via DPD courier.
We wish a Merry Christmas to all of our customers. The last date to order so
that your order arrives in time for Christmas, is midday
on 12th December. We will continue to despatch orders until
24th December but we cannot guarantee they will arrive by Christmas, if ordered
after 12th December. Thank you.
We sometimes aren't able to fulfil orders where stock isn't readily available.
If this happens, we will contact you upon the receipt of your order and offer
an alternative product or a refund of the item and/or entire order. We will
do our very best to make sure our listings are accurate and in stock but from
time to time this situation may occur, especial during busy periods.
We use PayPal (secure server card processing) to process card payments. You
do not need to have a PayPal account to be able to pay with a debit or credit
card. Payment is debited from your account when your order is placed with thedreambag.fr.
If your payment is made by e-cheque through PayPal, we will not process your
order until the payment has cleared. You will be contacted by email after you
have placed your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please
email us and let us know.
Our 30-day "no quibbles" Returns Policy
Our "no quibbles" returns policy guarantee means that if for any
reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original
condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any
seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price
you paid for the item, minus shipping costs.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty
and in this case, we will reimburse the postage to return goods to us as well
